يحرص معهد بيكاسو للفنون على الاستخدام المسؤول والأخلاقي لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في جميع برامجه التعليمية والفنية. يلتزم المعهد بكافة السياسات والمبادئ الصادرة عن الجهات التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي سياسات مستقبلية متعلقة بأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ويعمل على توضيحها لجميع المتدربين والموظفين

يجب على جميع المتدربين والموظفين الالتزام بهذه المبادئ عند استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في إنشاء المشاريع، الرسومات، التصاميم، أو أي محتوى فني أو تعليمي، مع الالتزام بمبادئ النزاهة الأكاديمية وحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية. كما يلتزم الجميع بالإفصاح عن أي استخدام لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في أعمالهم، لضمان الشفافية والمصداقية وتعزيز الممارسات الأخلاقية داخل بيئة المعهد.

يلتزم معهد بيكاسو للفنون بالامتثال لكافة الأنظمة واللوائح والسياسات المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامة ومشروعية المحتوى المقدم عبر بيئة التدريب الإلكتروني، بما لا يتعارض مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية والقيم الدينية والثقافية والسياسات العامة في المملكة.

E-attendance is one of the foundations of learner success through e-learning and distance education. Simultaneous electronic attendance refers to the virtual presence of the trainee connected to the Internet on the virtual platform through a computer or mobile device, and to acknowledge whether the trainee is present in real time.

The most important e-attendance policies:

• The platform management undertakes the process of follow-up, supervision and monitoring of the trainees' access to the electronic platform.
• Monitoring and recording electronic attendance and absence automatically for trainees in lectures through virtual classroom systems.
• Electronic attendance reports are sent periodically to trainers.
• Trainees are informed of the rates of electronic attendance on the virtual platform.
• The student's failure to comply with the minimum percentages of the "electronic attendance" system (at least 25%) – leads to the student's failure to attend the entire training program and deprivation of the certificate.
• Minimum provision of simultaneous attendance hours (minimum of 25%)
• Virtual attendance is equivalent to regular attendance
